These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wivit iOS application and website. By using Wivit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Wivit is a shared timeline application designed for couples. It allows two partners to share photos, notes, tasks, and milestones in a private Space. Wivit is available on iOS at launch.

2. Accounts

Sign in with Apple is required to create an account
One account per person; use an accurate display name
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID
You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable age)

3. Subscriptions

Wivit offers auto-renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store:

com.wivit.premium.monthly, monthly plan
com.wivit.premium.yearly, yearly plan (may include a 7-day free trial where offered by Apple)

Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings → Subscriptions. Restore purchases is available in the app.

4. Shared content

Content you add to a Space with your partner becomes shared history. Both members may view and contribute to Space content according to app functionality. Deletion rules are described in our Privacy Policy and Delete Account page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Wivit for any unlawful purpose
Upload content that is illegal, harassing, or abusive
Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
Interfere with or disrupt the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account (14-day grace period applies). We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service and other users.

7. Disclaimers

Wivit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wivit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined at the time of formal legal review. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have additional mandatory rights under local law.
